 All sales are final. There are no returns or refunds.
 
 All Items include a 1 Year warranty. Warranty service can be obtained from the manufacturer using the enclosed card OR you can contact us via email for warranty service. You must keep the packing slip / receipt to obtain warranty service.
 
 In the unlikely event that you receive a defective of malfunctioning unit we will, at our cost send a return label and a replacement product.  You must contact us via email if you believe you have received a defective unit.
 
 All items are shipped insured. Any item received in less than perfect condition must be reported to us, via email, within 24 hours of receiving. Shipments returned or refused will be returned to the customer at their own expense. Any item that is returned and can not be redelivered to the customer will be considered abandoned after 7 days. If the item is undeliverable we will refund the sale minus a 25% fee to cover our costs.
 
 In the unlikely event that we send an incorrect item, we will replace the item at our cost. If you receive an incorrect item you must contact us via email within 24 hours of receiving the incorrect item. We will at our cost send a return label and a replacement product.

Any item returned to us without authorization will be refused and / or returned to the customer at their expense. If the item is undeliverable we will refund the sale minus a 25% fee to cover our costs.


If in the unlikely event an exception to our posted terms and conditions is made it will be at our discretion.
